netvoyager was selected by BSL to provide an on-line ordering system that would satisfy
their customer's e-procurement requirement, as follows:

- A process flow-enabled once only entry of data, driving standard terminology,eliminating the
errors, delays and opportunity costs of duplication
- An ability to link to a specially tailored BSL product catalogue that can search for products
by part number, keyword or product attribute.
- The facility to have "special offers" only available to on-line customers

- A simple to use, continually evolving service which would grow with market demand.

| Prior to engaging netvoyager to provide a business solution, BSL customers
interfaced with the Sales Order Processing system using traditional, remote methods that
were manual, slow and paper-intensive. netvoyager now provides a fully automated
browser-based business process gateway providing real time connection into the BSL Sales
Order Processing application. |
